64 ounces of broth (your choice chicken, beef, vegetable)
6 green onions (cut thinly)
1 T of ginger (grated)
butter to sauté the mushrooms
6 oz of bell mushrooms (no steams)
1 package of rice noodles
8 oz of bean sprouts
2 jalapeños (cut thinly)
salt to taste
2 tsp sesame oil
homeade hoisin
Instructions
Pho- Combine broth, grated ginger, green onions, and salt and
bring to boil then turn to medium heat for 15 minutes. Sauté
the mushrooms in butter, sesame oil, and add to broth. Add
the rice noodles to broth 4 minutes before serving.
Homemade hoisin-
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons sesame oil
20 drops chinese hot sauce, habanero or jalapeno
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Stir together

serve with cilantro, hoisin sauce, Sriracha hot sauce, lime wedges, basil
