     Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 Large container of Sliced Mushrooms
1 Stick Butter
1/2 tsp each Garlic Salt and Garlic Pepper
1/2 Cup Worchestershire Sauce
2 Tbl Liquid Smoke
1/2 Cup Brandy or Red Wine (Optional)
 

Instructions
Wash mushrooms. Melt Butter in skillet. Saute Mushrooms in butter. Add Garlic Salt and Garlic Pepper, Worchestershire Sauce and Liquid Smoke. Add wine or brandy if using it.
Simmer until tender. Can serve right away or can make ahead of time then microwave.
