     Brownies - Paleo

Ingredients
1 C almond butter
4 eggs
1/2 C cocoa powder
3/4 C
Erythritol
2 Tb coconut flour
1/2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and grease lightly. You will bakd 13-16 until brownies are barely set. Do not over cook.
In a food processor or blender, puree the almond butter and eggs until smooth
Add the coca, erythritol, coconut flour, baking powder and sea salt. puree again or stir well. Let sit a minute of two to thicken. The batter should be viscous like creamy nut butter, but not stiff. It is too thick, add an additional egg and puree again.
Pour batter into lined baking pan and smooth with spatula. Bake 13-16 min until brownies are barely set. The top should no longer be wet, but the center should still be very soft. Cool completely to firm up before cutting.
