     Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons softened butter
1 egg, beaten
3-1/2 or 4 cups flour
 

Instructions
Add water and yeast to mixing bowl and dissolve. Add egg, sugar, salt and butter to bowl and blend. Add flour and mix with dough hook until a soft dough forms. Put on floured board and knead a few times. Place in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for approximately 45 minutes. Punch down and turn out onto a floured board. Shap dough into rolls and place in a 13x19 inch pan. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Brush tops with butter.
