1 serrano pepper, stemmed (optional- remove seeds for less heat)
Juice from 2 limes
Zest from 1 limes
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp spiced mustard
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Put everything, excluding the olive oil, in a food processor or blender.
2. BLEND!
3. Slowly add the olive oil to emulsify the sauce.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This is a great condiment for almost any savory dish. It is especially good with scrambled eggs/omlettes, tacos and as a dip.
