     Open-Faced Tuna Melts

Ingredients
1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1-1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1-1/2 tsp. chopped celery
1-1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tuna drained and flaked
2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
4 slices tomato
 
2 tbsp. shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; stir in tuna. Spread over each bun half; top with a tomato slice. Sprinkle with cheese. Place on a baking sheet. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
