prepare 2kg potatoes, cut to cirlces, put on
metal tray one layer of potato circles, add a
little salt
1kg of meat (neck/grind) on schnitzels, put as
another layer on tray - put on meat grilling
spices, curry, pepper, salt, ketchup (a little),
soya sauce
put another layer of potatoes (thicker layer than
the bottom one), a little salt (or vegeta)
add a bit of water, cover with aluminium foil
bake at 220C for 1.5 hours
after that you can sprinkle top with grinded
cheese before serving
