Wash and peel any veggies. Cut in similar sizes. Line baking
sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, put
your veggies and drizzle with olive oil. Use salt and pepper (you
can be creative and use garlic powder, spices) to taste. Pour
onto baking sheet and spread out. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip
over or shake a bit to get even browning. Bake an additional 15-
30 minutes. Can be eaten hot, warm or used cold too.
