Pre heat oven to 375. Boil Macaroni according to
instructions & drain well.

|
Meantime, melt 6-8 tablespoons butter and then
whisk in flour until there are no lumps. Slowly
add milk while continuing to whisk.

Take off hear. Add cheese and 1 tbl salt & 1/2 tsp
pepper.
Throw macaroni in the cheese mixture and stir
well.

|
|
Pour entire mixture into greased 13 x 9 baking
dish.
Bake for 35 min. at 375.
crunchy topping can be added if desired.
