In a tall cooking pot, we call a fudge pot,
Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt
Add milk, bring to boil, stirring frequently.
Cook until a small amount of mixture forms a soft
ball when dropped into cold water. Don't under
cook. Be patient.
Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla.
Beat until mixture thickens. Your arm will get
tired. Keep beating. Share the task.
Pour into buttered pan and cool. Cut into squares.
Keep in refrigerator. Don't eat too much at once!
