     Pasta Carbonara Tyler Thrasher

Ingredients
chicken stock - 2 cup
ham - 1/2 pound cubed
garlic - 2 whole cloves
pepper - lots of pepper
cream - 1/2 cup
bacon - 6 strips cooked into cut into small pieces
lemon juice - 1 tbls
eggs - 6 yokes
parmesan cheese - 2 cup grated
 
Italian parsley - 1/4 cup chopped fine
lemon zest - 2 tbls finely chopped or grated
peas english - 1/2 pound
pasta - 1 pound cooked

Instructions
In a large fry pan put chicken stock, ham, bacon, garlic and lots of pepper. Braise the meat in the stock until half reduced then add cream. Into a large bowl put egg yokes and grated parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly together. Bring fly pan liquid to a boil and add lemon juice. Slowly pour 1 cup of the liquid into the egg & cheese mix stirring constantly while pouring to curdle the eggs. Put fry pan back on the stove top.
Add the cooked pasta to the fry pan and mix together to thoroughly heat the pasta. Take all contents of the fry pan and put into the large bowl. Mix all together thoroughly. Serve pasta in dishes and top with the chopped Italian parseley and lemon zest.
