     Zesty Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients
6 oz.s of uncooked angel hair pasta, broken into thirds
1/2 cup of Italian Dressing
1/4 cup sliced black olives, or Calamata olives
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni, or sliced Kielbasa Sausage
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 lb. of fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
2 large tomatoes, chopped or 1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup of green pepper, chopped
1 cup of marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
 
Optional, shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse and drain with cold water.Place pasta and all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight is better.
I tend to use Sundried Tomatoes over fresh tomatoes because this salad can last a few days. Fresh tomatoes don't hold up as well. I also used Olive Garden's Italian Dressing from Costco.
Serving Suggestions
This is a great salad for a luncheon or potluck.
