     Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef or turkey browned in 1 T butter - 1/8 t curry powder
2 T dried onions
1/2 c breadcrumbs
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
For Sauce-
1 c, pineapple juice
1/3 c vinegar
2 T soy sauce
 
2-3 T cornstarch
1 cup sugar
Instructions
Combine 1st 5 ingredients into small meatballs. Brown meatballs in 1 T. butter and curry powder. Add sauce and 1 can drained pineapple chunks. Also add green/red sweet pepper chunks if desired. Place in crockpot and cook several hours till thickened and hot. Serve over rice.
