Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
In large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, brown sugar
and cinnamon.
In separate bowl mix together melted butter and vanilla.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Add honey then stir.
Add chocolate chips and coconut.
Press mixture into the pan and bake 18-22 min. or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes then cut into bars. Let cool completely before
removing from pan.
