3 cups cooked chicken
1 package shredded cheese
4 ounces cream cheese (optional)
1/4 chopped red bell pepper
1 jalapeño chopped
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients, put spoonful in empanada dough, seal/cook/serve
