Ingredients
3L Casserole Dish
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Slices White Bread Cubed
3 Beaten Eggs
1 TSP Vanilla
1 1/4 Cups Hot Milk
1/2 Cup Sultana Raisins
 

Instructions
Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom of casserole dish. Arrange bread evenly over sugar. Mix eggs with vanilla and milk, then pour over bread. Sprinkle in raisins.
Microwave 5 minutes uncovered. Rotate casserole a 1/2 turn continue microwaving for 4 minutes. Let stand 1 hour before serving. Accompany with syrup or jam.
