Brown the sausage and set aside. Peel, boil and
mash the potatoes and set aside.
Use a food processor to crumb the bread and set
aside. Use a food processor to finely chop the
celery, carrots, and onion. Finely chop the
apples.
Saute the celery, carrots, onion and apples until
cooked through. Then add in the mashed potatoes,
sausage and bread crumbs. Mix together and
continue cooking for a few more minutes.
