     Roasted Italian Veggies

2 cups Brussel Sprouts
2 cups Broccoli
2 cups Mushrooms
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
2 cloves of crushed or minced garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Italian seasoning
Sea salt
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
cut up vegetables and mix in a bowl with olive oil, seasoning and salt.
spread on a baking sheet and pop in the oven for 30 minutes.
Toss in a bowl with parmesan cheese and serve as a side or eat as an entree.
