Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash potatoes and pat dry.

Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch strips or thicker. In plastic bag, mix cheese and paprika. Add potato pieces and toss to coat.

|
Line pan with aluminum foil. Spray with vegetable oil. Lay potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.
|
|
|
|
Spray strips with vegetable spray before placing in oven. Bake 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
