     White Wine Cake

Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
3/4 cup Crisco Oil
1/4 cup white wine (Chardonnay)
4 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans or pecan dust
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Place pecans in bottom of pan. Pour cake batter over pecans. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes
(Glaze) -1 stick margarine -1 cup white sugar -1/4 cup white wine
Mix margarine and sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add ¼ cup of white wine. While the cake is still in the Bundt pan, spoon ¾ of glaze over cake while still hot. Let stand for 10 minutes. Invert cake on plate. Pour remaining glaze over top of cake.
