     Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredients
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin (you can use can of pumpkin pie mix)
1 3/4 cups all -purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
Cream together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time until blended. Then mix in the pumpkin. 4. In another bowl combine and stir well the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Then pour all at once over the batter. Stir just enough to moisten.
Put in it in pan and bake for 60-70 min. 6. After it is cooled I drizzle the frosting (which is just powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
