1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 (10.5) package miniature marshmallows
Instructions
1.Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil; set aside.
2.In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Remove from heat.
3.In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows; stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
4.Remove from pan; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store leftovers loosely covered at room temperature.
Microwave Method- In 1-quart glass measure, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes, stirring after 1.5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Proceed as above
