2 cups 1/2 cup oatmeal (put in blender until it turns into powder)
2 cups flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
Stir in-
12oz chocolate chips
4 oz grated Hershey bar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
Roll into golf-ball size balls. Chill dough. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. Underbake for a chewier cookie.
Options- Substitute the last three ingredients with macadamia nuts, white chips, and Craisins.
