Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave. Place 1/2 box of cereal in bowl and pour a portion of the chocolate mixture. Repeat process and mix until well coated. Pour portion of cereal mix in paper bag. Pour 1/2 lb of powdered sugar over mix. Repeat process and shake until all cereal is well coated.
