     Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 medium Onion
Garlic
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper
1 15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1 14.5 ounce can Diced Tomatoes
2 15 ounce cans Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
2 tbsps Chili Powder
 
2 tsps Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
10 to 15 Baked Tortilla Chips

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook ground turkey and onion until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Transfer to a slow cooker. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, oregano, and cumin.
Cook on low for 8 hours. Season with salt.
Serving Suggestions
Serves 6, serving size 1.5 cups of chili and 1 ounce of tortilla chips
