2/3 C Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
2 C mixed plums, peaches, and nectarines, sliced
2 TBS Almods, chopped
! TBS Ground Flaxseed
1 TBS honey
3/4 cup puffed rice cereal

In a 4 cup container, layer half of all the ingredients
Repeat, ending with the honey
Refrigerate up to 5 hours or eat immediately
