     Veal Marcela

2 lbs veal cutlets
cup flour
teaspoon seasoning salt
cup butter
2 Tbls Olive Oil
pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
2 cloves garlic sliced thin
cup Marcela Wine

Prep time 10 minutes Cook time 30 minutes Ready in 1 hour Makes 6 servings
Place meat on a solid surface or between sheets of wax paper and pound thinly with a mallet or moistened clever. In a shallow dish combine flour and seasoning salt. Dredge cutlets in flour mixture and let rest 15 minutes on wire rack.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter with oil. Cook floured cutlets on both sides until brown Introduce mushrooms and garlic, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 10 minutes. Pour Marcel Wine into skillet mixture and simmer an additional 5 minutes more until veal is tender and sauce is hot.
Serve over cooked rice.
