|
Combine ingredients in pot, bring to a boil reduce
heat, cook uncovered for 20 minutes.

|
Remove garlic clove & cool mixture.
|
|
|
Pour into unbaked pie shell, cover with pastry and
make opening to allow steam to escape
|
|
|
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350 and bake until crust is light
brown.
Serve with a salad.
