1lb minced pork
1 small onion diced
1 small clove of garlic
teaspoon salt
teaspoon thyme
teaspoon celery pepper
teaspoon cloves
cup water

Combine ingredients in pot, bring to a boil reduce heat, cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
Remove garlic clove & cool mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell, cover with pastry and make opening to allow steam to escape
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 and bake until crust is light brown. Serve with a salad.
