     Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 c butter
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
3 c flour
1 t baking soda
2 t hot water
1/2 t salt
 
2 c chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Beat in eggs 1 at a time, then stir in vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water, add to batter along with salt.
Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
Bake 10 minutes or until edges are nicely browned.
