     Irish stout cupcakes

Ingredients
75g cocoa powder
175g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
225g caster sugar
3 eggs
225g cooked beetroot
100ml Irish stout (Irisches Bier)
100ml corn oil
 
FOR THE CREAM
200g unsalted butter
200g cream cheese
1 vanilla pod
450g icing sugar (Puderzucker)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200C. 2.Sift (siebe) the cocoa powder,flour,baking powder into a bowl. 3.Blend ( mische) the eggs,beetroot, stout and oil in a food processor (Mixer)
4.Stir (rühre) the beetroot into the flour mixture until just combined. 5.Fill the mixture into the muffin cases, put them for 20-25min in the oven and let them cool down. 6.
6.For the topping mix all cream ingredients. 7.Decorate the cupcakes with cream.
Serving Suggestions
Cupcakes in muffin cases.
