Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, and cut them in half. Shake
in a ziplock in a bit of oil to coat. Place on cookie sheet. Bake
at 350 for about 20 minutes or so. Grate Asiago cheese on
top of them. Put back in the oven for a few more minutes.

Suggestions
This can also be made with some fresh squeezed lemon in with the oil. Asiago is optional. Fresh garlic may also be added part way through cooking.
