Put crackers in a large plastic gallon bag. ( I used 2 gal bag)
Mix Seasoning mix and pepper flakes with oil.
Pour oil mixture over crackers turning the bag over several
times until mixture is on all the crackers. Turn the bag again
every 10-15 minutes for an hour. Crackers may be eaten as is or
spread on cookie sheet and cooked for 10-15 min at 350
degrees. I COOKED to make them a little more crispy.
