     Jack Daniels Sauce

Ingredients
1 head of garlic roasted
1Tbs olive Oil
2/3 Cup water
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/3 cups dark brown sugar
3 Tbs Lemon juice
3 Tbs minced white onion
 
1 Tbs Jack Daniels Whiskey
1 Tbs crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (I use less)
Roasted Garlic-
Preheat oven to 325, cut 1/2in off top of garlic bulb.
Remove paper skin from bulb, but leave enough so will stay together
Put garlic in caserole dish, drizzle with olive oil. cover with foil
bake for 1 hour. Remove and let cool. squeeze garlic out

Instructions
In medium saucepan, add water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar over medium/high heat. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat until mixture is simmering.
Add the roasted garlic. Whisk to combine.
Add remaining ingredients to the pan and stir.
let simmer for 40-50 minutes or until sauce has reduced by about half and is thick and syrupy. Don't let boil over.
Serving Suggestions
Took longer to reduce!!! serve over chicken
