Ingredients
180g of lady's finger
250ml of skimmed milk
150g of low fat joghurt
100g of low fat curd cheese
2 pieces of white gelatine
1 pack of vanille pudding powder
1 vanilla bean
40g of sugar
100ml of black current juice
 
200g fresh blue berries
1 ts of cacao powder

Instructions
First you wash the fresh blue berries. Then you soak the gelatine in cold water. After that you mix the vanille pudding powder with a bit of milk. The rest of the milk you heat in a pot. To that you add the pudding, vanille mark and the sugar. You stir the liquid on the cooker for a little. Cool it down for a while.
Take the gelatine out of the water, press it gently out and stir it under the heat mass. In another pot, you mix the curd cheese and the joghurt. After that you soften add it to the mass with an egg whisk.
When you have the whole mass, you can take a cake pan and fill it up with the lady's fingers. Base them with the black current juice. Put the half of the curd cheese mass on and add some black current. Do the whole thing again. After all is finished you need to put it in the fridge for about 2 till 3 hours. Better is over night.
Then it is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Bevore you serve it, you can dust it with cacao powder.
