Melt butter and chocolate in a pan and let it
cool down. Make separately egg yolk and sugar
until fluffy. Add the butter and chocolate to
it and mix together. Afterwards add the flower
carefully to it. Beat the egg white with a
pinch of salt until stiff and carefully add to
the mixture. Put it into a cake form and bake
it at 180 degrees on the 2nd lowest level in
the oven. Bake it for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
