Ingredients
300 g lasagna leaves (9 leaves)
80 g of grated parmesan
2 carrots
100 g of celery
1 onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
500 g mixed minced meat
some salt
some pepper
 
800 g of chopped peeled tomatoes from the tin
20 g of butter
20 g white flour
6 dl of milk
some nutmeg

Instructions
For the bolognese sauce- - Wash the carrots and peel them. - Cut the carrots and the celery into cubes. - Peel and chop the onion. - Steam the vegetables in oil. - Add the minced meat and simmer for about 5 minutes. - Add tomatoes and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Season with salt and pepper.
For the béchamel sauce- - Melt butter at medium heat. - Add flour. - Stir at low heat with constant stirring to create a compact, light blond mass. - Deglaze with milk and bring it to boil, stirring constantly. - Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. - Simmer for 15 minutes at low heat with occasional stirring.
Preparation of the lasagna- - Preheat oven to 180 ° C. - Cover base of bowl with a layer of lasagna sheets. - Distribute half of bolognese sauce. - Put 1/3 of béchamel sauce on it. - Cover with lasagna sheets. - Put remaining bolognese sauce and 1/3 of béchamel sauce in layers and cover with lasagna sheets. - Distribute remaining béchamel sauce on top. - Sprinkle with Parmesan. - Bake lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes. - Cut the lasagna into pieces and arrange.
