     Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional
1.c buttermilk
1/2 c. unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese ( shredded)
 
((((((((((((For the topping)))))))))))
3 tbsp. unsalt butter (melted)
1 tbsp. parsley leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine flour sugar, baking powder. garlic salt, and cayenne pepper in bowl. In another bowl whisk together buttermilk and butter. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir using rubber spatula just until moist. Gently fold in cheese.
Using a 1/4 measuring cup, spoon the batter evenly onto the baking sheet. Place into oven for 10-12 min. or until golden brown.
((((((((((Topping)))))))))))) whisk together butter, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl. Brush the tops of biscuits with the butter mixture. Serve immediately.
