Mix crumbs with butter, to make crust,
In another bowl combine pudding and whip topping.
Divide cookie mixture 1/2.
With 1/2 the cookie mixture make crust then layer of pudding mixture, top with 1/2 cookie mixture.
Refrigerate over night.
then spread on the crust
