2.5 Cups Flour
0.5 Cups Sugar
5 tsp Baking Powder
2.5 sticks (0.5 Cups) Butter
2 Eggs
7 oz. Milk

Mix Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Butter together thoroughly
Mix Eggs and Milk together and then add to Flour. Mix full mixture together for 30 secs.
Sprinkle Flour on surface, tip dough out onto Flour. Knead (Fold, press & turn 10 - 12 times). Roll out approx 1/2 in thick. Cut without twisting using a 5 cm / 2in cutter. Place on paper-lined baking sheets. Glaze with milk mixture with bit of egg added. Allow to rest 15 mins before baking. Bake on top rack only.
