     ,,Südtiroler Knödel''

3 eggs
250 ml milk
6 slices of bread which is hard
100 g bacon
1 onion
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
50 g flour and salt

First cut the breadslices in small cubes and then add to the bread the eggs with the half milk. Now cut the Bacon in small cubes. Peel the onion and hack it. Warm the butter in a frying pan and Brown the onion and the Bacon. Mix the breadslices with the Bacon and the parsley. Now add the milk to the bread and when it doens't hold together then give a Little bit flour to the bread till the mixture hold together. Now form it with the Handy to a small ball. When you formed the ,,Knödel'' finish put them into a sieve which is in a pan and in the pan should be boiling water. Let the ,,Knödel'' 15 minutes in the boiling water. Now you can eat! This is for 4 portions!
