     Chocolate cake with coconut sprinkles

Ingredients
300g flour
250g sugar
2 package vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons chocolate powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 strew salt
3 eggs
3dl milk
250g butter
 
200g powdered sugar
4 tablespoons espresso
some coconut

Instructions
Mix flour and all ingrediants till salt in a bowl well. (1p. vanilla sugar, 2tables. chocolate powder) Put 200g butter in a microwave.
Mix eggs, milk and butter well under it. Set the oven to 180°C. Bake the dough for about 30min. in the middle of the oven. Take the cake out, let it sit until it's cool and test it with a skewer.
Mix powdered sugar, 1 package vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons chocolate powder, 50g butter and Espresso well. Put some coconut sprinkles on the cake.
