1. Combine biscuit mix and milk in a bowl until the mix is completely moistened.
2. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead (work dough with palm of hand)it 4-5 times.
3. Roll dough out to a 3/4 inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
5. Place cut biscuits on to a lightly greased baking sheet.
6. bake in preheated 450 degree over for 9-10 min. until tops are lightly browned.
