1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a lg. skillet over med. heat and butter and melt, after foaming stops turn up to high, adding the shrimp all at once.
3. cook shrimp without moving them for 1 min. turn shrimp and cook for 2 min. take shrimp out on into a bowl.
4.Return skillet to heat and add wine and lemon juice. Boil until slightly thickened, about 30 sec. Stir the lemon zest and parsley into the sauce.
