After boiling the potatoes, add 2 sticks of butter and mash. Add the other 3 ingredients and blend well. Pour into a casserole dish and cover with the lid. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
This recipe came a childhood friend, Vicky Myers. We had them at our 2017 thanksgiving meal at Lake Whitney and you just couldn't get enough. Creamy and very delicious!
