     Cheeseball - Judy's Holiday Cheeseball

Servings   3 large cheeseballs

2 - 8 oz cream cheese - full fat - softened
1 - 8 1/2 oz crushed pineapple- drained well
2 Cups pecans - chopped to your liking
1 Tablespoon mince onion - yellow or green to your liking
1-2 teaspoons Johnys Seasoned salt - to taste.

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion and salt. Adjust salt and onion to taste.
Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup chopped pecans to cream cheese mixture to your liking.
Divide and form into cheeseballs and roll in chopped pecans. Cover and chill.
Can divide into many small cheeseballs for gifts, or 2-3 large.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sturdy crackers
