Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion and salt.
Adjust salt and onion to taste.

Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup chopped pecans to cream
cheese mixture to your liking.
|
|
|
Divide and form into cheeseballs and roll in
chopped pecans. Cover and chill.
|
|
|
Can divide into many small cheeseballs for gifts,
or 2-3 large.
