Combine ingredients for marinade in a gallon zip
lock bag. Add pork chops, close and turn to coat.

Refrigerate for 3-24 hours.
|
|
|
Remove chops from fridge 30 min before cooking to
come to room temperature. Drain marinade and
grill. Sear first at 450 and leave on first side
at least 3-4 min depending on thickness of pork
chop (3-4 min each side for 1 inch)

|
FDA recommends internal temp should reach 145
degrees for pork.
