     Baby Shower Salmon

Ingredients
1 pound pecans
6 salmon filets
1/4 cup grain mustard
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon fresh finely choppedrosemary
4 tablespoons pesto
1 cup heavy cream
 

Instructions
Place pecans in food processor Using pulse button, chop nuts until finely chopped Add rosemary and flour and pulse to blend
Coat salmon with mustard; then dredge in pecan crumbs Place in oven 10 - 15 minutes Heat heavy cream until thick and add pesto and reduce to 3/4 cup.
