     Chili (Beef/turkey)

1 lb Ground Turkey
1 lb Ground Beef
5 tbsps Taco Spice
1 Tbsp cocoa
3 tbsps Chili powder
3 tbsps cumin
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsps knorr's chicken boullion
1 large Vidalia Onion diced
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 large red pepper finely diced
1 large yellow pepper finely diced
1 24 ounce jar salsa (Safeway Chipotle Salsa)
1 large 28 oz can petite diced tomatoes
2 Cans kidney beans
1 Can Cannellini beans

Sauté ground meat till brown. Add taco spice, cocoa, ground pepper, cumin and chili powder and cook till meat is coated with spices and spices are fragrant. Remove meat and spice mixture from pot and set aside. Sauté onion till lightly caramelized then add garlic, red and green pepper. Cook mixture for 2 minutes. Add meat and spice mixture back to pot and mix with the vegetables. Add the chicken bouillon and salsa, diced tomatoes and kidney beans (including the liquid that the beans come packed in). Mix everything together.
Put mixture in crock pot and cook on low for approx. 8 hours. (note- adjust any of the above ingredients to your desired taste)
