Crush oreos & set aside. In large bowl whisk together pudding and milk for about 2 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes.
Meanwhile beat cream cheese & butter on medium speed until light and fluffy; about 3 mins. Reduce speed to low and add powdered sugar, then gradually increase back to medium until fluffy texture.
Using spatula fold the cream cheese mixture into pudding. Then fold in cool whip until completely combined.
